Doorstep Property Management Service has been operating in Plymstock for some seventeen years now so our knowledge of the market, not only locally but throughout Plymouth is unrivalled.   We look after some 130 properties split 50/50 between Plymstock and the rest of Plymouth concentrating on modern three to five bedroom houses for families to rent.

Experienced Property Management Team

My name is Mike King, I am a partner in the business with Debbie Sweet and Chris Laity works with us. We are all seasoned campaigners and we all have the ethos of looking after our Landlord’s properties as we would our own. This said we do look to our Landlords to keep their properties, with our guidance, in a good state of repair which does involve money going out, as well as money coming in from the Tenants.
